Michael J. Poss,

Owner
Dr. Michael Poss, a graduate of Wake Forest University, is double board-certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management. He has over 25 years of experience in treating painful orthopedic conditions. Dr. Poss served as a United States Naval Medical Officer. He was past President of the Virginia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and is listed as one of the "150 Pain Management Physicians to Know" by Becker's ASC Review. In addition to Regenerative Medicine, Dr. Poss treats patients at Blue Ridge Orthopaedic & Spine Center.
We asked Dr. Poss why he enjoys the aesthetic side of his work, and he said, "I can help them regain some self-esteem and confidence, and I can make them smile."
Jeanne Poss, EYRT

Jeanne Poss is a Certified SkinPen Microneedling Specialist and Trainer, a Certified Advanced Ultherapist, a Certified Laser Specialist, and a Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She is currently pursuing her education in Health Science and Registered Nursing. Her training in Yoga and Meditation is from Duke Integrative Medicine and The Shambhava School of Yoga and Meditation. She has been a practicing yogi for years and loves to share her knowledge with others. Her goal is to make you look as beautiful on the outside as you feel on the inside. “I know for myself that I didn’t want to look like someone else when I started my aesthetic treatments. I didn’t want to look like I was 20-something either. I just wanted to look like the best, most refreshed version of myself. I wanted to look on the outside like I felt on the inside. That’s what I try to help others do.”
EMILY ALBERT, L.M.E.
Emily Albert is a Licensed Master Esthetician, Ultherapist, Certified Laser Specialist, DMK Skin Revision Therapist, Certified Hydrafacialist, Certified SkinPen Specialist, and Certified Lash Artist. She specializes in problem skin and has great success in improving acneic conditions, inflammation, rosacea, and aging.
Her desire to continually educate herself further has yielded an expert level of knowledge in skincare ingredients and skin function. She holds dozens of advanced aesthetic education certificates in skin, skincare, treatment safety, modalities, and ingredient knowledge. She has invested thousands of hours in continuing education, hands-on training, and certifications.
Emily’s passion to help others with their skin grew from her own personal struggles with acne. “It’s incredibly frustrating to struggle with skin issues. The skincare industry is overwhelmingly saturated with quick fixes and empty promises. It’s confusing to navigate what will actually work for you. There’s nothing worse than wasting time and money on products and services that only make your skin worse. I’m here to help my patients find the solutions they are looking for, the root of their skin issues, and in turn, give them the best skin of their life.”
